Pastor Gabriel E. Nwaiwu, popularly known as PGEN, is a well-known Nigerian gospel music artist, born in Ibadan, Nigeria. He comes from a Christian background, being the only son of Late Dr & Dcns Stella Nwaiwu and hails from Imo State, Nigeria. As a multi-talented artist, he is not only a singer but also a songwriter, instrumentalist, recording artist, worship leader, and Pastor.

PGEN began his music career at a very young age of 9, playing instruments such as Drums, Keyboard and Bass guitar. He grew up to become an anointed Worship Leader and Music Director, serving with the renowned Evangel Voices of The Redeemed Evangelical Mission (TREM) and some other music teams.

He is also the convener of Spirit and Life Concepts, a platform he created to propagate the gospel of Jesus Christ through music, conferences, seminars, and other events.

PGEN obtained a Higher National Diploma in Business Administration from Ogun State Polytechnic and a professional certificate in Architecture and Interior Design. He was ordained as a Minister and Pastor under the tutelage of renowned misters of the gospel such as Bishop Mike & Bishop Peace Okonkwo (TREM Headquarters), Rev and Pastor Mrs Victor Adeyemi (Global Harvest Church), Late Rev & Rev Mrs Cole (TREM Vision House), Pastor Godman Akinlabi (The Elevation Church), and Apostle Goodheart & Pastor Bimbo Ekwueme (Rhogic).
